Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your QMobile account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Device
Securely place the smartphone or accessory in its original box, including all power adapters, cables, and manuals that were part of the initial shipment.
- 3.Ship to Our Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
